শ্রীশ্রী রামঠাকুরের দেওয়া প্রতিশ্রুতি রক্ষা | দেবেন্দ্র পয়েন্টসম্যানের অলৌকিক লীলা | Divine Story

 প্রসঙ্গ :- শ্রী শ্রী ঠাকুরের ভোগ।

চালতার নাড়ু (Elephant apple):- 

             চালতার বাইরের খোসা এবং ভেতরের আঁশ গুলো ফেলে সরু সরু করে কেটে ধুয়ে নিতে হবে ভালো করে। এরপর চালতার টুকরো গুলো কে রোদে ভালো করে শুকিয়ে নিতে হবে। একদম ভালো করে শুকিয়ে গেলে হামানদিস্তার মধ্যে দিয়ে ভালো করে গুঁড়ো করে চালনী দিয়ে চেলে গুঁড়ো গুলো বের করে নিতে হবে।

         এবার কড়াই এ গুড় দিয়ে আঁচ কমিয়ে জাল দিতে হবে। তারপর ঐ চালতার গুঁড়ো গুলি ঢেকে দিয়ে পাক দিয়ে নামিয়ে নিতে হবে। পাক হয়ে গেলে পর কড়াই নামিয়ে সামান্য গোল মরিচের গুঁড়ো ও ভাজা মৌরি গুঁড়ো দেওয়া যেতে পারে। এবার একটু ঠাণ্ডা হয়ে গেলে পর গোল গোল করে নাড়ু বানিয়ে নিলেই তৈরি হয়ে গেলো চালতার নাড়ু। 

ভক্তদের মনোবাঞ্ছা পূরণের জন্য, ভক্তদের ভালোবেসে, ভক্তদের কথা রাখতে ঠাকুর খুব অল্প পরিমাণ ই গ্রহণ করতেন। পর্যায়ক্রমে যে খাবারের কথা গুলি লিখছি এই খাবার গুলো ঠাকুর কোনো এক সময় খুব অল্প পরিমাণে গ্রহণ করেছিলেন, ভক্তদের মনোবাঞ্ছা পূরণের জন্যে।

Elephant Apple (Chalta) Naru:

Remove the outer skin and the fibrous inner parts of the elephant apple (chalta). Cut the flesh into thin slices and wash them thoroughly. Then dry the pieces well under direct sunlight. Once they are completely dry, grind them finely using a mortar and pestle. Sieve the powder to obtain a fine texture.

Next, melt jaggery in a pan over low heat. Add the elephant apple powder and stir continuously until the mixture reaches the right consistency. Remove it from the heat. If desired, add a little black pepper powder and roasted fennel powder for extra flavor. Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then shape it into small round balls. Your Elephant Apple Naru is now ready.

Out of His immense love for His devotees and to fulfill their heartfelt wishes, Sri Sri Thakur would accept only a very small portion of these offerings.

The food items that I am sharing one by one are those that Sri Sri Thakur accepted in small quantities at different times, solely to fulfill the wishes and devotion of His devotees.
